FUNCTIONS IN DETAIL
Whatever the event, we are here to help...... and can supply Quality Discos and Chocolate fountains.
All bookings are made using written contracts, showing all details of timings,date, type of function, etc and guarantee we will be there at your function . As a piece of mind in the very unlikely event that we cannot make your event due to very extreme circumstances, we will arrange another disco of chocolate fountain to the same high standard.
All of our equipment is `PAT` ( portable appliance tested) on a regular basis, plus we hold public liability insurance to the value of 2 Million pounds and of course health and hygiene certificates for our Chocolate fountains.
We can supply quality entertainment for any occasion, including, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Corporate, Black tie , Christmas Parties, New years Eve Parties, etc, and specialising in Wedding entertainment... ( see us at local Wedding shows and fayres) we are a husband and wife team with over 15 years in the business and have provided many people with our services and some have kindly dropped us a note to thank us - please see our client feedback...

Weddings
We specialise in Wedding entertainment and offer the complete package for your reception, after all your wedding day is a once in a lifetime occassion and we are here to help make it perfect
From supplying P A Systems and microphones for speeches through to quality Discos and Chocolate Fountains. We also offer extra effects like large flame machines, mood lighting, pyrotechnic confetti cannons ( great for first dance), streamer/glitter cannons, bubble machines, snow machines, etc
We welcome a playlist of songs, not forgetting you very special ` first dance` song/s and play them in a the right moment at the level you require to ensure you have a memorable time.
We offer very competetive, realistic prices for our Disco and Chocolate Fountain Package and we find that the majority of our clients take advantage of this and book both ! ....but of course the choice is yours.
Our bespoke Disco systems can be adapted to any venue large or small , providing quality sound and lighting for any venue. We do not offer so called ` gold or platinum` packages, but we will put in as many or few effects as you wish within the space available.
Our sound and lighting is to a very high standard and we do upgrade on a regular basis to ensure all the latest effects, etc are offered. ( please see page listed as `discos` for effects, etc used)
Having worked in all the major Hotels and venues in the area we know them very well and can suggest the type of set up required for the specific venue and advise you on whats best !
We do not state fixed prices on our site as we would rather liase with you direct and quote a realistic price for the services we provide..... further than that , we are very flexible and endeavour to give the best prices possible!

Corporate Events
Looking for quality entertainment for your `corporate` or ` Black tie` function, then look no further. Sunset Entertainments can supply a superb disco with digital sound system and latest light show , mood lighting to enhance the evening, cordless microphones for speeches, etc and you can even add your very own star cabaret and be the entertainment with our superb karaoke system if thats your type of evening! .... we do have over 2000 songs to choose from .
Why not complete your entertainment by adding a superb 42 inch tall Chocolate fountain and give you , your collegues and guests a chocolate fix to complete a memorable evening !

School Proms
Looking for great entertainment for a School prom function ........ of course you will want the latest lighting, the best possible sound and the latest tunes , along with all the party classics.... well you have found the right place!
Sunset Entertainments can provide all of the above and more. We will play all the songs that you request and of course welcome a playlist to ensure this happens.
Laser lighting, moving head light effects, flame machines, smoke machines, bubble machines and more... plus why not add a large chocolate fountain to complete your School prom evening and make it a memorable occasion.

18th & 21st BIRTHDAY PARTIES
You will want your 18th or 21st Birthday to be the best possible party you have ever had, so why not let us do just that.
We offer a superb sound and lighting rig that will give you a great atmosphere and ensure that you will have a great night.
You can of course choose the whole of the playlist or just select a few songs and let us do the rest.. the choice is yours. We will play the songs that your would like to hear.
You can add extras of course like bubble machines, flame machines, Pyrotechnic streamer/glitter cannon, etc and not forgetting a large chocolate fountain which is absolutely fantastic for 18th & 21st birthdays.

CHRISTMAS PARTIES
Having the right entertainment for your function or hotel christmas party is very important. It is of course the time of year that everyone likes to go out, enjoy themselves and have a good time.
All too often the DJ is overlooked and getting the right one can either make or break your festive celebrations.
Our aim is to create a superb party atmosphere at every venue. We use high quality sound and lighting to do just this and use mood lighting to enhance the festive atmosphere.
We usually play a selection of festive and classic songs at low level during the Christmas meal and once the meal is finished get ready to party.
We usually mix the music up with classic party and festive songs throughout the night to ensure the dance floor is never empty.
You can of course add Snow machines, bubble machines, smoke machines and streamer/glitter cannons to make your Christmas party , ` the party`...... and of course there is also the option of adding Karaoke !
